HVLS (Destratification) Fans

Are you wasting money in winter by heating air that pools high up at the ceiling of your commercial or industrial space, leaving cooler air down at the floor level? HVLS fans can help.

Typically, warm air gathers or “stratifies” at the ceiling level of buildings during the winter.

As this illustration shows, HVLS fans push this warm air downwards, causing it to mix with the cooler air below. The result is a uniform temperature throughout the entire space. And since HVLS fans have long blades that turn a low speeds, they move large amounts of air without creating a perceptible breeze or draft.

The bottom line is your heating system will not have to work as hard – and you save money on your monthly energy bill..
