Important Note About Our Ceiling Fan Pricing

Rest assured, the cost of your fan blades is always included in our posted  ceiling fan prices.

(Beware retailers that charge extra for the blades!)

Consider Room Size

When deciding on fan size, it’s usually a good idea to go bigger, not smaller. A fan's airflow is directed down, so someone immediately below will enjoy a direct cooling breeze. Those off to the side, not so much.

If your ceiling fan is installed in the middle of the ceiling and the seating is around the room's perimeter, consider choosing the widest blade span possible based on the room’s dimensions. You'll be glad you did.

Do You Have a Sloped or Cathedral Ceiling?

Most ceiling fans out-of-the-box can accommodate ceilings that are sloped, or angled, by up to 30 percent. For larger slopes, however, you’ll need a sloped ceiling adapter kit for safe and secure installation.

Ceiling Fan Pro Tips

SAVE ENERGY

In  summer, your ceiling fan will reduce your air conditioning bill. If you reverse the fan direction in winter, it will reduce your heating bill as well. Learn more

DOWNROD LENGTH

Choosing the right downrod length and how high to hang your fan will enhance air flow, safety and the appearance of your room.

SIZE MATTERS

The size of a ceiling fan should be proportional to the room. The larger the room, the larger the fan diameter must be to provide effective air circulation.
